Warranty
Every Caswell Rhiannon,
Gwydion, and Butterfly model harp is warranted for
five (5) years from the date of shipping against
failures due to materials and craftsmanship under
normal conditions, excluding mistreatment,
accidents, acts of God, the little people, and
strings. Every SweetHarp, ElfinHarp, and FairyHarp
is similarly warranted for a period of two (2)
years.
Caswell Harps will repair or replace, at Caswell Harps' option, any harp deemed to fail under the stated conditions. Caswell Harps will liaison with local repairpersons when possible. Harp owner will pay for all shipping and handling should the harp be returned to Caswell Harps.
